Córdoba CF defeated Cádiz CF (0-1) at El Palmar in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in their third preseason preparation match. The team led by Iván Ania presented a solid and competitive performance, taking the initiative from the first minutes with intense pressing and dynamic play that allowed them to dominate a rival from the same category.

The Cordobesistas created the best opportunities of the match and barely conceded any dangerous situations. After the break, the team maintained its identity despite the numerous substitutions. 

The persistence of the Blanquiverdes paid off in the 86th minute. Carracedo delivered a precise cross to the far post, and Diego Bri appeared to head the ball into the back of the net, sealing a well-deserved victory.
