Córdoba Club de Fútbol held a new meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, 13 May 2026. It was a working meeting marked by commitment, responsibility and the determination to continue building a solid, modern club, prepared to face present and future challenges with ambition and excitement.
The meeting was attended in person by the Chairman, Mr Abdulla Jehad Abdulla Alzain; Board members Mr Mohamed Hasan Ali Alnusuf, Mr Bader Yusuf Mohamed Abdulrahman Fakhroo and Mr Raymond Haughan; the Secretary, Mr Ricardo Oliveras Salva; the Club’s CEO, Mr Antonio Fernández Monterrubio; and Mr Luis César Sánchez, sporting advisor. Board members Mr James Anthony Bord, Ms Wai Yin Kelly Kung and Mr Alsharif Faisal Jamil Nasser Jamil Alown attended remotely.
During the session, the Board reviewed key strategic actions carried out during the 2025/26 season, as well as the club’s economic and financial performance, and legal and compliance matters. All these issues form part of the institutional growth process that the club has been promoting in recent years, with the aim of strengthening its structures at all levels and consolidating Córdoba CF within professional football.
The meeting also served to analyse the sporting development of the 2025/26 season and to make progress in planning for the 2026/27 campaign. The club continues to work with ambition, convinced that the path towards the future must be built on stability, high standards and confidence in a project that represents a city, an entire province and the blanquiverde fanbase.
