UNIÓN FUTBOLÍSTICA CORDOBESA S.A.D., the operator of this APP site (hereinafter the "Operator"), makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), published in the Official State Gazette No. 166. This document also serves to inform all users of the APP about the applicable terms of use.

Any person who accesses this APP is considered a user and agrees to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other applicable legal regulations.

The Operator reserves the right to modify any content that may appear on this APP site at any time, without any obligation to notify or inform users beforehand. Publication on the APP site shall be considered sufficient notification.

All content on this APP site is duly protected under intellectual and industrial property laws and is registered with the appropriate public bodies.

Reproduction, usage, exploitation, distribution, or commercialization of any content—wholly or partially—requires prior written permission from the Operator. Any unauthorized use constitutes a serious violation of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.

Designs, logos, text, and/or graphics not owned by the Operator that appear on this APP site belong to their respective owners, who are solely liable for any disputes that may arise regarding them. Use of Cookies

The APP site is regularly tested and monitored for proper functioning. It is generally available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the Operator cannot rule out programming errors or force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that may make access impossible.

IP Addresses
Servers of the site may automatically detect the user’s IP address and domain name. An IP address is automatically assigned to a device when it connects to the internet. This information is recorded in server activity logs, which are then used solely for statistical purposes such as page impressions, visit count, visit order, access points, etc.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes or issues arising from the use of this APP site or related activities shall be governed by Spanish law, to which all parties expressly submit. The courts and tribunals of the user’s place of residence or where the obligation must be fulfilled shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve such disputes.
