Conditions of membership, access, and permanence in the Supporters' Stand

The purpose of the "Supporters' Stand" is to create a group of Club fans who continuously provide encouragement, support, and backing to the Club, both inside and outside the Stadium, while maintaining excellent and ethical behavior at all times.

The undersigned, as the holder of the special membership pass of the Club granting access to the "Supporters' Stand," accepts and expressly consents to the basic obligations and behavior rules identified below:

Anyone accessing the "Supporters' Stand" must be at least eighteen (18) years old. If this is not the case, parental or legal guardian consent will be required.

Anyone accessing the "Supporters' Stand" may be subject to inspection by the Club's security personnel and/or State Security Forces and Bodies.

Anyone accessing the "Supporters' Stand" must undergo a Turnstile access control, for which, prior to obtaining the special pass for the "Supporters' Stand," they must provide their ID.

Anyone accessing the "Supporters' Stand" must comply with any instructions required by the Club's personnel and/or security services.

Anyone accessing the "Supporters' Stand" with materials for display in said stand must, in addition to meeting the corresponding legal requirements, have them previously approved by the Club.

Anyone holding a pass for the "Supporters' Stand" must exhibit exemplary ethical behavior and conduct.

The undersigned expressly declares and guarantees to be aware of the legal framework and internal regulations of the Club regarding the organization and attendance of sports events, specifically the provisions contained in Law 19/2007 against violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports (especially the access and permanence conditions for spectators established in Articles 6 and 7 of said Law and the commitment not to engage in acts or behaviors outlined in Articles 2.1 and 2.2 of the aforementioned Law); Royal Decree 203/2010, of February 26, approving the Regulation for the prevention of violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports; and the Club's Internal Disciplinary Regulations (available on the Club's website).

Failure to comply with the obligations contained in the previous section 6 will result, in addition to any consequences arising when such breaches may constitute a crime, in the immediate expulsion of the offender from

the Stadium facilities by the Club's security personnel or, where applicable, by members of the State Security Forces, without prejudice to the subsequent initiation of a disciplinary proceeding and the imposition of corresponding sanctions (including the potential withdrawal of the pass without any right to reimbursement).

The special pass for the "Supporters' Stand" is personal and non-transferable, regardless of the policy the Club may adopt regarding passes for other areas of the Stadium. In this regard, the Club reserves the right to carry out any internal checks it deems appropriate to verify its proper use by requesting the pass holder's ID or, in case of doubt, establishing the technical mechanisms it deems necessary at any given time to verify ownership. Failure to comply with this obligation by the holder or fraudulent use of the membership card will entitle the Club to withdraw and/or cancel it.

The undersigned expressly declares and acknowledges that they have no criminal record of any kind. If necessary, the Club may request and, if required, demand the submission of the corresponding criminal record certificate from any holder of the special pass for the "Supporters' Stand."

The "Supporters' Stand" is created with the fundamental purpose and objective of serving as an example and reference for other clubs and fans regarding how the Club's supporters back their team. Consequently, the undersigned expressly accepts that, as a member of the "Supporters' Stand," they must exhibit impeccable behavior at any football stadium they attend as a fan and member of the stand, especially at the Stadium, and must fully respect the regulations in force at all times. Thus, they expressly commit to complying with the instructions that may be communicated to them at any time, especially during matches, by employees of any sports club or their security and surveillance personnel, cooperating with them in locating and identifying individuals who violate legal norms, disrupt public order, or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.

Respect among its fans is one of the Club's fundamental values. Consequently, members of the "Supporters' Stand" are required to address their fellow members of the stand with due respect, reinforcing bonds of camaraderie and fellowship. Insults, contempt, humiliation, or any other form of disrespect or intimidation towards other Club supporters and/or fellow members of the "Supporters' Stand" are expressly condemned and prohibited, and may constitute grounds for direct expulsion from the stand and withdrawal of the Club membership card without any right to reimbursement, without prejudice to the subsequent initiation of a disciplinary proceeding and the imposition of corresponding sanctions.

The undersigned expressly declares, acknowledges, and, if necessary, accepts that total or partial non-compliance with the provisions of these Rules (without prejudice to any criminal, civil, or administrative liabilities that may apply) may constitute a "Very Serious Offense" (as defined in the Club's Internal Regulations). Consequently, it may result in, among other sanctions, the automatic cancellation of the membership pass without any right to financial reimbursement, as well as temporary or permanent expulsion from the Club, all depending on the severity of the non-compliance in question.

The undersigned, as the holder of a special membership pass for the "Supporters' Stand," has the duty to safeguard said pass. Consequently, in the event of loss, misplacement, theft, or robbery, they must notify the Club as soon as possible. However, the issuance of a duplicate will require that no fraudulent use of the Club membership pass has occurred beforehand. Furthermore, the improper use of the Club membership pass, as well as allowing its use by a third party, is expressly prohibited.

The undersigned expressly declares and guarantees:

Not to have been subject to any firm or precautionary sanction, nor to be registered in the Central Sanctions Registry, for violations related to violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports, in accordance with the provisions of Law 19/2007 against violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports and Royal Decree 203/2010, of February 26, approving the Regulation for the prevention of violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports.

Not to have been subject to any firm or precautionary sanction for violations related to the protection of public safety in connection with events, shows, or sports events.

Not to be under investigation or involved in a criminal judicial process, nor to have been detained for committing an intentional crime against individuals, freedom, collective security, fundamental rights, or public order.

In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, we inform you that the data you provide as the holder of the special membership pass for the "Supporters' Stand" will be processed by UNION FUTBOLISTICA CORDOBESA SAD to manage your registration in the "Supporters' Stand" and to manage your relationship with it in accordance with the conditions of membership, access, and permanence in said "Supporters' Stand." Your data will be retained while you are a member of the stand, and once you cease to be a member, they will be blocked for the legally required period to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing and during the statute of limitations for such liabilities. After this period, they will be deleted. In accordance with applicable legislation, including Law 19/2007 against violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports and Royal Decree 203/2010, of February 26, approving the Regulation for the prevention of violence, racism, xenophobia, and intolerance in sports, and the Regulation governing the general access and permanence regime in sports events organized or managed by UNION FUTBOLISTICA CORDOBESA S.A.D. and the disciplinary regime for members, pass holders, and groups associated with the Club, your data may be communicated to legally authorized Public Administrations and State Security Forces and Bodies.

The legal basis for processing your data, as you have been informed, is the acceptance of these Rules and Conditions of the Supporters' Stand, compliance with applicable legislation, and your explicit consent for the processing of your biometric data, which you grant by signing this document.

You have the right to access your personal data being processed, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, in addition to exercising the right to object, restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw the consent granted.

You may exercise these rights by writing to UNION FUTBOLISTICA CORDOBA S.A.D, providing a copy of your ID or equivalent document.

This registration is provisional. The Club reserves the right to deny registration in the Supporters' Stand and/or not renew the pass for the Supporters' Stand if the applicant does not meet the access requirements for the Supporters' Stand. Non-admission to the Supporters' Stand does not prevent the applicant from being a full member in any other sector, provided there is no precautionary measure or disciplinary sanction from the Club preventing it.

The Supporters' Stand pass holder commits to supporting the team during all matches held at the Stadium. Similarly, they will attend matches wearing the jersey provided at the time of pass formalization. The Club reserves the right to deny entry to the Stadium to any Supporters' Stand pass holder who does not wear the jersey provided for this purpose by the Club.

The Club reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the pass if the holder does not comply with the conditions outlined here, and, in the case of non-attendance at least 3 matches, the Club reserves the right to sanction the pass holder (potentially withdrawing the pass permanently for the rest of the season). All of the above does not entitle the pass holder to receive any financial compensation for their sanction or expulsion from their status as a Club pass holder.
