Legal Basis of the Club's Social Media Giveaways

We give away merchandise products among our followers on social media. Users of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok will be eligible to participate, depending on the giveaway. The simple participation dynamic will be explained in each post, and only one user may win.

The giveaways will be carried out using a tool that will randomly select one of the participants who follow the club on the relevant social media platform and who have fulfilled the requirements stated in each specific post in a timely and correct manner.

The winner will be notified through our social media accounts at the time their name is published. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the notification, a second draw will be held, or the prize will be awarded to the alternate selected in the first draw.

The prize will be collected by the winner at the reception of the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel stadium, located at Avenida del Arcángel, s/n, or sent by postal mail to the address provided by the participant. A phone number will be required to contact the winner in order to arrange the date and address for collecting the prize at our facilities or for delivery to their home. The winner may be required to cover the shipping costs.

Any individual may participate in the giveaway.

Only one entry per person via a single comment is allowed. The Córdoba CF team reserves the right to reject responses whose content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing third-party rights, or suspected to have been generated automatically. The winner or alternate must accept that their username and photo (attached or from their public profile) may be published on the organizer’s profiles or other websites to announce the winners of the promotion.

The winning contestant will be required to pose for a photo upon receiving the prize and authorizes Córdoba CF to use the image for promotional purposes. If, for logistical reasons, the prize is delivered by post, the winner must send the club a digital photo of themselves with the prize.

DATA COLLECTION FORM

The personal data you voluntarily provide as a participant will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations and may be incorporated into the automated data file titled X, owned by Unión Futbolística Cordobesa UFC SAD, for the following purposes: (i) to manage and process participation in the giveaway, (ii) to communicate, assign, and deliver the prize, (iii) for commercial prospecting and marketing actions related to UFC SAD's products and services that may be of interest to you.

If you do not object to this data processing within thirty (30) days from the communication of your data through this form, it will be understood that you consent to the processing of your personal data and expressly agree to receive, via postal or electronic address or the phone numbers (landline or mobile) provided or used, commercial or promotional messages or information related to Córdoba CF.

If you do not wish to receive such communications or wish to exercise your rights to access, object, rectify, or cancel your personal data, you may do so by sending a request via email to cordobacf@cordobacf.com with the SUBJECT: DATA PROTECTION. Additionally, Córdoba CF undertakes to uphold the confidentiality of personal data and to adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the security of such data and prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorized access or processing.

IMAGE RIGHTS

The participant authorizes UFC SAD, the organizer of the giveaway, to reproduce, publish, and use their name and surname, as well as their image, in any advertising or promotional activity strictly related to the giveaway in which they were the winner. If, for logistical reasons, the prize is delivered by post, the winner must send the club a digital photo of themselves with the prize. This does not entitle the winner to any form of payment or compensation (except for the awarded prize itself).

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that the data controller of the personal data you provide is Unión Futbolística Cordobesa S.A.D., CIF: A-88522867; Postal Address: 14010; Address: Avenida del Arcángel, S/N; Tel: 957 100 407; Email: cordobacf@cordobacf.com. Your data will be processed for the purpose of managing your participation in the giveaway and keeping you informed of the results.

Refusal to provide the required personal data will make participation in the giveaway impossible, and the company will not be held responsible. Additionally, the organizing company is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the user. The data will be stored for as long as the commercial relationship continues or until you request its cessation.

Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required. The user has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether their personal data is being correctly processed by the club and may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent at any time by sending a duly signed request to the address mentioned above, clearly stating your contact details and attaching a copy of your ID/passport or equivalent identity document.

The entertainment will consist of penalty shots during halftime of matches played at the stadium by a certain number of randomly selected participants, chosen through a draw on social media.

PRIZE: A product from the DIAZ Food Solutions (DFS) catalog, to be determined for each match by DFS, and a ball signed by Córdoba CF players.

Contest Dynamics

  • The draw will be announced through a social media post where the requirements and rules will be set. The social media platform may vary depending on the week.

  • The first draw will take place one or two days before the match and will be announced. Once the winners (attending the match) are selected, they will be announced on social media and informed of the protocol to follow for the penalty contest, which will be known as #RetoDíazCCF.

  • The on-field challenge may vary in each match.

  • There may be cases where no winner is declared.

  • The prize will be the one announced and committed by DIAZ Food Solutions in each contest, along with a ball signed by Córdoba CF players.

  • If any of the selected participants are underage, their legal guardian must sign an authorization for them to participate.

Contest Rules

  • Name of the contest: “RetoDíazCCF Draw.”

  • Organizer: The contest is organized by DIAZ Food Solutions together with Córdoba CF.

  • Participants: All persons over 18 years old or minors with authorization from their legal guardian who meet the requirements set in the rules may participate.

Requirements to participate:

  • Follow the Instagram and Facebook accounts of @DiazFoodSolutions and @CordobaCF_oficial.

  • Like the official contest post.

  • Mention one or more people (as many times as desired) in the comments of the post.

  • Share the official contest post in an Instagram story mentioning both accounts (@DiazFoodSolutions and @CordobaCF_oficial).

  • Hold a valid ticket for the corresponding match.

Participation Period: The participation period will be during the home match week, as announced on social media when the participation window is opened or closed.

Winner Selection: Three (3) winners will be randomly selected among Instagram participants who meet all requirements. The winners will be announced on the official social media accounts of DIAZ Food Solutions and Córdoba CF.

Prize: Each of the three winners will have the chance to participate in a penalty shootout during halftime of the Córdoba CF match. Each winner will receive a product from DIAZ Food Solutions and a ball signed by the players.

Winner Contact: Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. They must confirm their attendance at the match and provide their contact information to coordinate participation in the penalty shootout.

Acceptance of the rules: Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of all rules.

Publication of results: Winners will be announced on the social media accounts of DIAZ Food Solutions and Córdoba CF.

Data protection: Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with current data protection legislation. For more information, please consult the privacy policy on Córdoba CF’s official website.

Final Provisions: DIAZ Food Solutions and Córdoba CF reserve the right to modify the rules or cancel the contest at any time. Furthermore, it is noted that each player participates at their own risk and under their own physical condition.

Rules for the Promotional Draw on the Videoboard of the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium and Prize Delivery

1. Organizer:

The Sponsor, through the videoboard of the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium, organizes a promotional drawof various goods or services, for advertising or charitable purposes.

Sponsor:
The Sponsor of the promotional draw offers, among participants, different goods or services provided for advertising purposes, completely free of charge and with no additional cost. The Sponsor accepts and undertakes to comply fully with these rules, as well as with any potential tax obligations, as a conditio sine qua non for being a Sponsor.
The Sponsor authorizes Córdoba Club de Fútbol to carry out the draw. Both the draw, the sponsor, and the winners will be announced on social media, as well as mentioned via the stadium’s public address system, in such a way that their privacy is respected but they remain identifiable (by season ticket number).

Participants and Conditions of Participation:

The promotional draw is addressed to any Córdoba C.F. season ticket holder, therefore any individual holding a valid season ticket for the season in which the draw takes place will participate, free of charge and automatically.
In no case will season ticket holders be obliged to accept the prize. For winners under 18 years of age, it will be their parents or legal guardians who may accept the prize.

Modality, Mechanics, Date of the Draw and Suspension:

The draw will be conducted using Random Number Combination software, and will take place either before the match or during halftime of the 90 minutes, in matches held at the Nuevo Arcángel Stadium, provided there is a Sponsor for the said event.
Otherwise, or in case of force majeure, no draw will be held, leaving at the discretion of Córdoba C.F. whether to reschedule it in subsequent matches, always prioritizing sporting and security needs of the videoboard.

On the videoboard screen, two five-digit numbers will appear, identified as Winner and Reserve. These numbers will also be published on social media and provided to the Sponsor.

Value and Nature of the Prizes:

In accordance with Spanish Gaming Law, the draw is based on random combinations for advertising or promotional purposes, therefore the prizes are subject to a 10% tax rate on the value of the prize awarded.
The prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any equivalent. Córdoba Club de Fútbol does not charge for the organization of the draw itself; the Sponsor only pays for advertising image rights, and it is the responsibility of both the Prize Winner and the Sponsor to declare the value of the prize.

Winner, Prize Acceptance, Disqualification and Reserve:

The Winner will be the season ticket holder whose valid season ticket number coincides with the number drawn and displayed first on the videoboard screen, identified as Winner.
Acceptance of the prize implies acceptance of all these rules. In case of non-acceptance or falsehood regarding the Season Ticket Holder or the ticket, the prize will pass to the Reserve. If neither can be identified, the draw will be declared void, and it will be at the discretion of the Sponsor whether to re-draw the corresponding prize.

Prize Collection:

Both the Winner and the Reserve must confirm their identity with their valid season ticket within 10 calendar days by emailing prensa@cordobacf.com.
If only the Reserve identifies themselves within that period, the prize will automatically go to them. If no winner comes forward within the deadline, the prize will remain at the discretion of the Sponsor.
Once confirmed within the established deadline, the winner will be informed that the prize can be collected the following week at the official Club store.

Personal Data Protection:

In compliance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Córdoba Club de Fútbol has a mixed file registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Córdoba Club de Fútbol will not collect personal data from the Winners or Reserves for advertising purposes. Sponsors may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting Córdoba Club de Fútbol (UFC S.A.D.) at cordobacf@cordobacf.com.

Transfer of Image Rights and/or Intellectual Property of the Winner and Sponsor:

The Sponsor(s) of the services carried out by Córdoba Club de Fútbol and the Winner(s) ACCEPT, under the protection of Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and One’s Own Image, the transfer, capture, and use of data, images, sounds, and any necessary material for the exclusive purpose of providing the services of the Draw and Prize Delivery on the Videoboard, through public dissemination by the Sponsor. Always with the express knowledge and consent of the parties by signing these rules.

Likewise, regarding the Intellectual Property of the content publicized by Córdoba Club de Fútbol:
The texts and graphic elements (photographs, designs, logos, videos, source code, and similar) that constitute the Draw and Prize Delivery service organized by Córdoba Club de Fútbol and disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and layout, are the exclusive property of the Club (or ceded by its Sponsors or Winners exclusively for the provision of the Draw services) and are protected under Spanish and European intellectual property law, pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12 (approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law), and Law 5/1998 of March 6 (transposing Directive 96/9/EC on the Legal Protection of Databases into Spanish Law).
Reproduction is not permitted without express written authorization from Córdoba Club de Fútbol.

Disclaimer:

Córdoba Club de Fútbol, as service provider of the videoboard for the holding of the promotional draw organized by the Sponsor, is fully exempt from responsibility for any defects, deficiencies, or incidents that may occur with the prizes, as well as for any possible claims made by winners against Córdoba Club de Fútbol, with the Sponsor being solely responsible. It is also the Sponsor’s responsibility to withhold the applicable taxes corresponding to the prize value.

Exemption of Córdoba C.F.:

Although the draw is held at the Nuevo Arcángel Stadium during official matches or events organized by Córdoba C.F., and the participants are its season ticket holders, under no circumstances does Córdoba C.F. have or will have any legal or fiscal responsibility for the Draw, the Organizer, the Sponsor(s), the Winner(s), or the Reserve(s).
