General conditions of the supporter card for the 25-26 season
Article 1. Regarding Supporters
Those who request and join the loyalty program of UNION FUTBOLISTICA CORDOBESA, S.A.D. (hereinafter "the Club") will be considered supporters of the Córdoba C.F., officially recognized as supporters of the Club. By joining this program, the supporter will have exclusive benefits related to the Club's products and services, as well as occasional access and attendance at the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium (hereinafter, the "Stadium") during football matches organized by the Club or in which it participates. The Club reserves the right of admission.
By signing this form, the supporter accepts the rules established by the Club for access and stay in its facilities, as well as the code of conduct, membership regulations, and, in general, any public and access regulations/laws in force at the time of subscription to this card. Specifically, the supporter expressly acknowledges being aware of the Club's General Regulations for access and stay in the Club's facilities, which are available to all fans at the facilities and on the entity's official website, committing to diligently comply with them.
Article 2. Characteristics of the Supporter Card
1) The card is personal and non-transferable. If deemed necessary, the Club may request an ID at the entrance to the Stadium or any event where the individual uses their supporter status to verify ownership.
2) The sale, auction, or transfer of the card is expressly prohibited. If the Club becomes aware of any such actions, it will immediately withdraw the card, and the supporter will lose all benefits. Misuse of the card and its benefits, as well as non-compliance with any measures adopted in the General Regulations, may also result in the loss of supporter status.
3) The supporter card grants the assignment of a supporter number but does not allow access to the Stadium.
4) The "Koki" card for the 2025-2026 Season grants access to the Stadium for the 21 matches of the LALIGA HYPERMOTION national championship 2025/26 season (regular competition) held at the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium (except as expressly stated in the following section) and the first-round match of the Copa de S.M. El Rey that Córdoba CF may play during the 2025/2026 sports season at the Stadium.
It is personal and non-transferable. For access to the Stadium by holders of the "baby" card, the Club may request an ID or any document that allows identification of the holder. For access, it will be essential to collect the ticket for the minor on the same day of the match at the access gate, showing the "Koki" card and the minor.
Article 3. Rights of "Koki Card" Supporters
Assignment of a membership number.
10% discount on purchases at the CLUB's official store, only on the two smallest sizes of official kits and products in the Club's childcare section. The discount will only apply to the cardholder upon presentation of the card.
Access to the 21 matches of the LALIGA HYPERMOTION national championship 2025/26 season (regular competition) held at the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium (except as expressly stated in the following section) and the first-round match of the Copa de S.M. El Rey that Córdoba CF may play during the 2025/2026 sports season at the Stadium. It is personal and non-transferable. For access to the Stadium by holders of the "baby" card, the Club may request an ID or any document that allows identification of the holder. The use of this ticket is personal and non-transferable for the "Koki" cardholder.
To receive information on any matter related to or indirectly affecting supporter status and relations with the Club.
Article 4. Rights of "Soy Cordobesista" Card Supporters
4.1. Assignment of a membership number.
4.2. Access to one home match during the regular phase of the National League Championship for the 2025-2026 Season, NOT BEING A GREEN CATEGORY, provided they notify 48 HOURS after the official schedule announcement by the corresponding sports organization. The Club will assign the ticket based on zone availability.
4.3. For the next membership campaign, they may change their status to a member, and the membership price will be the same as a renewal based on zone, category, and price of the next membership campaign.
4.4. Possibility to purchase tickets for matches that Córdoba CF plays as a home team at the general price, one week before the general public ticket sale opens.
4.5. Possibility of up to two tickets, for two different matches, at 50% of the general price for RED or BLUE category matches. The price and use of the ticket will always apply to the "Soy Cordobesista" cardholder.
4.6. Possibility of access to purchase away tickets, always respecting the Club's agreement with Aficiones Unidas and the Club's Federation of Supporters.
4.7. 10% discount on purchases at the CLUB's official store. The discount will only apply to the cardholder upon presentation of the card.
4.8. Access to promotions from the Club and its sponsors.
To receive information on any matter related to or indirectly affecting supporter status and relations with the Club.
The use of tickets is personal and non-transferable for the supporter cardholder.
Article 5. Renewal/Registration and Payment Conditions for the Supporter Card
The supporter card can only be renewed and registered in person or by phone.
Payment for the supporter card will only be accepted in cash or by card. For supporter cards, there is no option for financed payment.
For supporter card renewals made by phone, payment by bank transfer will be allowed. The deposit must be made to the following bank account owned by Unión Futbolística Cordobesa, S.A.D.:

In the concept, the cardholder must indicate their ID and full name. If payment is made jointly for several supporters, the full name and ID of each must be indicated.
The renewal of the "Koki" card will only be available during the 2025/2026 membership campaign, as well as new registrations. Once the membership campaign is closed, new "Koki" cards will only be available for minors born after the campaign's closure.
Renewals and registrations for "Soy Cordobesista" cards will only be available during the 2025/2026 membership campaign. Once closed, these cards will not be processed.
Article 6. Loss of Supporter Status
The loss of supporter status can only occur individually and for the following reasons:
By the express decision of the supporter, formally notifying the Club. In this case, the loss of supporter status will occur automatically when the Club receives the formal notification of the supporter's decision and acknowledges receipt. Upon losing supporter status, all rights and benefits will be forfeited. Similarly, the card fee, or any proportional amount for matches not enjoyed and/or pending, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
By the death of the supporter.
By the Club's decision in cases of violation of any obligations outlined in the Club's General Regulations, these General Conditions, or any other applicable regulations.
For non-payment of any amount due for the card subscription.
Article 7. Data Protection
The Club, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights ("LOPDGDD") and EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data ("GDPR"), will process your data as the Data Controller to manage and process your subscription as a member, including the issuance of your seat and membership number, based on the contractual relationship that binds us. Additionally, we request your express consent by marking the corresponding boxes for the following purposes:
- To receive advertising, promotions, and commercial communications about the Club's products or services or its sponsors via email or other equivalent electronic communication means. Please note that in each commercial communication you receive, you will be offered the option to unsubscribe from such communications.
- For the Club to capture and use your images related to your membership status, as well as those generated at events, activities, or acts of the Club. These images may be used on the Club's official channels, such as the website and social media, to promote its activities and events. This authorization for the use of your image will be granted to the Club for five years, effective in any country worldwide, in any language, free of charge, and always in full compliance with Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and Self-Image.
Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. However, they may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations to which the Club may be subject.
Your data will not be shared with third parties except by legal obligation or with service providers linked to the Club acting as Data Processors. However, to fulfill the additional purposes mentioned, we may need to share your personal data with the Club's sponsors and collaborators based on your express consent. Please note that sponsors and collaborators will be subject to the corresponding data protection laws and will only use your personal data for the agreed purposes.
We do not perform international data transfers, and if we do, we will implement appropriate measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable legal requirements. This may include signing standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards.
We inform you that no automated decisions, including profiling, will be made that produce legal effects or significantly affect you in a similar way.
We remind you that it is your responsibility to keep your personal data updated. If your personal data changes or becomes inaccurate at any time, please notify us immediately so we can update it correctly. You can do so by contacting us through the contact details provided at the end of this clause.
We want to inform you that we are committed to implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, accidental or unlawful alteration, or destruction.
You can withdraw the consent granted at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and portability of your data, as well as limitation and opposition to the processing of your data, by sending a letter to the following address: Avda. del Arcángel s/n – 14010 Córdoba, with the following reference in your letter: "Exercise of rights" or by sending an email to the following email address: rgpd@cordobacf.com.
