General Conditions Subscribers 25–26

Article 1. Of the Season Ticket Holders

Season ticket holders of UNIÓN FUTBOLÍSTICA CORDOBESA, S.A.D. (hereinafter, the “Club”) shall be deemed to be those who contract access and periodic attendance at the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium (hereinafter, the “Stadium”) for football matches organized by the Club or in which the Club participates. The Club reserves the right of admission.

By subscribing to the 2025–2026 season ticket, the holder expressly accepts the rules established by the Club for access to and stay within its facilities, as well as the code of conduct, season ticket regime, and, in general, any regulation or law governing public attendance and access to stadiums in force at the time of subscription of the present season ticket. In particular, the holder expressly acknowledges familiarity with the General Regulations of the Club regarding access to and stay within its facilities, which is made available to all supporters both on-site and on the Club’s official website, and undertakes to comply therewith diligently.

Article 2. Renewal and New Season Tickets

Renewals: Season tickets for the 2024/2025 season may be renewed for the 2025/2026 season in the following ways:

  • In person: Only up to four (4) renewal procedures per person shall be permitted, subject to the limitations set forth in these General Conditions.

  • Online: The renewal procedure may only be carried out by the holder of the season ticket, subject to the limitations set forth in these General Conditions.

  • By telephone.

New subscriptions: New season tickets for the 2025/2026 season may be processed as follows:

  • In person: Only up to four (4) new subscription procedures per person shall be permitted.

  • Online: The new subscription may only be processed by the holder of the season ticket.

Campaign Phases for 2025–2026 Season Tickets:

  • First Phase: Exclusive for the renewal of tickets issued during the 2024/2025 season, from June 16 to July 12, 2025, both dates inclusive. For in-person and telephone renewals, a prior appointment must be requested through the means established by the Club.

  • Second Phase: Exclusive for seat changes and improvements of renewals carried out during the First Phase, on July 15 and 16, 2025, both dates inclusive. Such changes shall only be carried out in person at the Stadium ticket offices.

  • Third Phase: From July 17, 2025 until August 20, 2025, both dates inclusive, or until 17,000 season tickets have been processed for the 2025–2026 season, whichever occurs first. The season ticket campaign shall remain closed for any renewal or new subscription from July 23 to 27, 2025, both dates inclusive.

Season ticket holders from the 2024/2025 season who have not renewed their tickets during the First Phase may do so during the Third Phase until the campaign closes, maintaining the subscription price but being required to choose a different seat if their previous seat has been allocated to a new subscription, provided that the maximum number of tickets established by the Club has not yet been reached.

Once the Third Phase has closed, only baby season tickets shall be issued, exclusively for children born after the closing date of the campaign.

The above-mentioned dates regarding the various Phases of the 2025–2026 Season Ticket Campaign may be modified according to the needs of the Club. In such cases, the Club shall duly inform its supporters in advance through its usual communication channels.

Article 3. Characteristics of the Season Ticket

The season ticket is personal and non-transferable, both for access to the Stadium and for any benefit or campaign that the Club may approve for season ticket holders. Where deemed appropriate, the Club may request the presentation of the holder’s National Identity Card, driving license, passport, or any other valid identity document at the Stadium entrance or at any event/promotion in which the holder seeks to exercise rights as a season ticket holder, in order to verify identity. The holder shall be responsible for the proper use of the season ticket card and shall be subject at all times to the Club’s Disciplinary Regulations in the event of fraudulent use.

The sale, auction, or transfer of the season ticket is expressly prohibited, unless the Club provides an official transfer mechanism under conditions established by the Club. Similarly, the resale of tickets and/or supplements acquired with the card is prohibited. If the Club becomes aware of such acts, the season ticket shall be withdrawn immediately and the holder shall lose all rights and benefits. Misuse of the card and its advantages, as well as non-compliance with any measures set forth in the General Regulations, may also result in loss of season ticket holder status.

Once the 2025–2026 season ticket has been issued, no changes of ownership shall be permitted, except as expressly provided in these General Conditions, nor shall partial or total refunds of the season ticket be admitted. The foregoing shall not apply in cases of change to a lower-priced seating area than originally subscribed, except as expressly permitted herein.

The 2025–2026 season ticket card entitles access to the Stadium for the 21 matches of the national LALIGA HYPERMOTION Championship 2025/26 (regular competition) to be played at the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium (except as otherwise provided in the following section), as well as to the first-round match of the Copa de S.M. El Rey that Córdoba CF may play during the 2025/2026 season at the Stadium.

During the 2025–2026 Season, the Club reserves the right to declare one (1) “Club Day” or two (2) “Half Club Days” during the Regular Phase of the LALIGA HYPERMOTION Championship 2025/26 (regular competition). Accordingly, the Club may, at its sole discretion, select:

  • Up to one (1) match for which the season ticket holder shall pay the full price of the ticket corresponding to their seat; or

  • Up to two (2) matches for which the season ticket holder shall pay 50% of the price of the ticket corresponding to their seat.

Season ticket holders for the 2025–2026 Season shall be entitled to a ten percent (10%) discount on purchases made at the Club’s Official Store. For this purpose, the holder must present the original card and their valid identity document at the time of purchase. This discount is non-transferable, personal, and not cumulative with other promotions.

Season ticket holders for the 2025–2026 Season shall also have access to specific promotions related to their subscription, which shall be communicated by the Club through its usual communication channels.

Season ticket holders in the Supporters’ Stand shall receive, upon issuance of the ticket, a t-shirt bearing the logo of said stand, which they shall be required to wear at matches played in the Stadium. Should the holder of a Supporters’ Stand season ticket fail to attend a match wearing the t-shirt, the Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry.

Article 4. Rights of the Season Ticket Holders

Season ticket holders shall have the right to:

Attend the sporting events organized by the Club, as described in the preceding Article, in accordance with the seats allocated by the Club at each moment, depending on availability.

Accept any changes of seat location deemed necessary, for example, due to stadium renovations, relocations required for security reasons, capacity reductions, partial closures, among others. The Club also reserves the right to relocate the holder to another seat different from that of their season ticket in cases of force majeure.

Receive information on any matter directly or indirectly related to season ticket holder status and relations with the Club.

In case of loss of the season ticket, request the issuance of a duplicate. To do so, the holder must present their valid identity document and pay the handling fees established by the Club for the issuance of the duplicate.

Article 5. Change of Season Ticket Ownership

Season ticket holders may request a single change of ownership of their season ticket, subject to the following conditions:

The prior holder must provide authorization by means of a written statement in order for the procedure to be carried out. A photocopy of the valid identity document of both the prior and the new holder must also be provided.

In the event that the change of ownership is due to the death of the prior holder, a copy of the death certificate must be submitted.

In both cases, the change of ownership shall under no circumstances preserve the seniority or membership number of the prior holder. The new holder shall only be subrogated to the seat location in the Stadium, and will be assigned a new and different membership number.

The change of ownership shall entail an issuance fee payable by the new holder. Should the prior holder have benefited from a discount on the subscription price by reason of belonging to a special category (Child, Special, Supporters’ Stand), and the new holder does not qualify under such conditions, the difference up to the general price must be paid.

Article 6. Categories of Season Tickets for the 2025–2026 Season

For the 2025–2026 Season, several categories of season tickets have been established according to year of birth, as follows:

General: Born between 1961 and 2007, inclusive.

Special: Born before 1960, inclusive, and between 2008 and 2012, inclusive.

Child: Born between 2013 and 2021, inclusive.

Baby: Born from 2022 onwards.

Supporters’ Stand: Must comply with the conditions set forth herein and with the specific regulations provided at the time of renewal or subscription.

For new subscriptions, it shall be mandatory to submit a photocopy of a valid National Identity Card or passport; in the case of minors, a copy of the family record book of the season ticket holder.

Article 7. Discounts for Season Ticket Holders

Family Discount. A ten percent (10%) discount shall apply from the second family member onward, up to a maximum of four (4) members. For these purposes, family shall be understood as first- and second-degree blood relatives. The family discount shall not apply to season tickets in the Koki, Supporters’ Stand, or Sympathizer categories. Furthermore, the discount shall only apply if the first season ticket holder belongs to the “General” category. To qualify for this discount, all family members’ season tickets must be processed at the same time. No discount shall be applied to tickets issued on different days. Proof of family relationship must be provided through submission of the family record book(s).

For renewals and/or new subscriptions processed online, a waiting period not exceeding seventy-two (72) hours shall apply before payment can be completed. Once compliance with discount conditions has been verified, the final subscription price shall be enabled.

Supporters’ Stand. Season tickets in this category shall be exclusively located in the “Supporters’ Stand” section created by the Club.

The season ticket shall be personal and non-transferable, without prejudice to any additional policies and requirements that the Club may adopt regarding season tickets in other categories and areas of the Stadium.

No discounts established in this clause shall apply to the Supporters’ Stand season ticket price.

This type of season ticket grants access exclusively to the “Supporters’ Stand” created by the Club. By purchasing such a ticket, the holder expressly accepts and undertakes to comply with the rules for access to and stay within the “Supporters’ Stand.” Holders may not access any other areas or sections of the Stadium with this type of ticket. Such conditions shall be provided at the time of renewal or subscription.

No renewals or new subscriptions on behalf of third parties shall be admitted. At the time of renewal or subscription, the holder must provide the Club with a photocopy of their valid identity document.

The holder must comply with the specific rules and conditions published by the Club for this stand.

Should the Supporters’ Stand reach full capacity, no further season tickets of this category shall be issued. Similarly, no match tickets shall be sold for this stand during the season; access shall only be granted through season tickets issued for this category.

Season Ticket Transfer Discount (2024–2025). Season ticket holders who, during the 2024–2025 season, transferred their season ticket through the Club’s official portal and whose seat was subsequently sold, may apply forty percent (40%) of the amount of the sold ticket towards the renewal price of their season ticket.

Article 8. Payment Conditions for the Season Ticket

Cash payments exceeding nine hundred and ninety-nine euros (€999) are not permitted, pursuant to Law 11/2021, of July 9, on measures for the prevention of and fight against tax fraud.

Payment methods for renewals and new subscriptions processed in person at the Stadium ticket offices shall include cash, card, or financing.

Transactions processed via the social area of the Club’s website may be paid by bank card or financing.

Renewals processed by telephone may be paid by bank transfer, virtual card, or financing.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the deposit must be made to the following bank account in the name of Unión Futbolística Cordobesa, S.A.D.:

In the payment reference, the season ticket holder must indicate their valid identity document number and full name. In the case of joint payment for multiple season tickets, the full name and valid identity document of each holder must be provided.

Payment of the season ticket shall be made at the time of renewal or new subscription, without prejudice to those holders who choose the financing option.

The financing option shall be made available through CaixaBank, subject to approval by the bank. If CaixaBank does not approve financing, the holder must select one of the other payment methods enabled by the Club.

Article 9. Loss of Season Ticket Holder Status

Loss of season ticket holder status may only occur individually and for the following reasons:

  • By express decision of the holder, formally notifying the Club. In such case, loss of status shall take effect automatically upon receipt by the Club of the formal communication and acknowledgment thereof by the Club. All rights and benefits shall be forfeited, and no refund of the subscription price, whether in whole or in part for unused matches, shall be made.

  • By death of the holder. The relatives of the deceased must notify the Club, with the possibility of deregistering the deceased and registering a new holder, who shall subrogate to the same rights and obligations of the prior holder. However, the seniority of the deceased holder shall not be preserved, and a new membership number shall be assigned.

  • By decision of the Club, in cases of breach of any obligations set forth in the Club’s General Regulations, these General Conditions, or any other applicable regulations.

  • By non-payment of any amount due for subscription of the season ticket.

Article 10. Transfer of the Season Ticket

The Club may, at its sole discretion, enable the option to transfer the season ticket through the online platform for certain matches, up to a maximum of seven (7) matches. This option shall only be available for season tickets in the General and Special categories; all other categories are excluded.

Transfers may only be carried out via the online platform created for this purpose. The Club shall inform holders, with sufficient notice, through its usual communication channels, of the matches for which the transfer option is enabled.

Season ticket holders who transfer their seats shall receive reimbursement only if the Club sells the ticket. The reimbursement shall amount to forty percent (40%) of the ticket price sold by the Club, whether general, child, or any other type, depending on promotions and ticket pricing for each match.

Reimbursements for transferred and sold tickets shall be accumulated in the holder’s electronic balance and deducted from the season ticket price for the 2026–2027 Season. The total reimbursable amount for seat releases shall be capped at seventy percent (70%) of the season ticket price for the 2025–2026 Season.

The Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decide whether or not to sell released tickets resulting from transfers, depending on the match or on security considerations related to stadium zones.

Article 11. Collection of the Season Ticket

In-person renewals/new subscriptions
Season ticket cards shall be delivered at the time of renewal or new subscription for procedures carried out in person.

Online renewals/new subscriptions
For renewals and new subscriptions processed online, holders may request home delivery of their season ticket for a service fee of five euros (€5).

Delivery of season ticket cards shall be made within five (5) days of renewal or subscription.

Holders may also request collection of their season ticket at the Stadium ticket offices. In such case, the ticket shall not be available for collection until seventy-two (72) working hours after completion of the procedure.

Availability of the digital season ticket
The digital season ticket shall be available immediately upon completion of the renewal or new subscription, through access to the Club’s season ticket holder portal.

Article 12. Conditions of Access to and Attendance at the Stadium

Causes preventing access to or stay within the sports venue:

  • Participating in altercations, brawls, fights, or public disturbances.

  • Introducing, carrying, or using any type of weapon or object capable of producing similar effects, such as sharp or cutting instruments, or items weighing more than 500 grams/milliliters that may be used as projectiles, such as food in rigid containers, bottled drinks, or their containers.

  • Introducing or possessing flares, firecrackers, explosives, or, in general, flammable, smoke-producing, or corrosive products and pyrotechnic devices.

  • Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics, psychotropic substances, stimulants, or analogous substances.

  • Introducing or selling any kind of alcoholic beverages, narcotic, psychotropic, stimulant, or analogous substances.

  • Introducing, displaying, or creating banners, flags, symbols, or other signs with messages inciting violence or terrorism, or by which a person or group of people is threatened, insulted, or demeaned based on racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sex, or sexual orientation.

  • Engaging in chants, expressions, sounds, or behavior that incite violence or terrorism, or that demean a person or group based on race, ethnicity, disability, religion or beliefs, sex, or sexual orientation.

  • Entering the field of play.

  • Having been sanctioned with prohibition of access to any sports venue while such sanction remains in force.

  • Failing to pay the price and taxes of the ticket, not presenting it, or not retaining it during the event.

  • Transmitting, distributing, transferring, selling (or assisting therein) any description, annotation, image, video, audio, data, statistics, or other reproduction of the event, except for personal and private use.

  • Any other causes set forth in applicable legislation and regulations, in particular Law 19/2007 of July 11, Royal Decree 203/2010 of February 26, LALIGA’s regulations on the sale of season tickets and match tickets, and the internal regulations of the venue where the event is held.

Furthermore, by attending the event, attendees grant their image rights free of charge, without temporal or territorial limitation, to LALIGA and to the Club issuing the ticket, for the purposes of disseminating the public event exclusively for informational purposes, pursuant to Article 8.2(c) of Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and personal image. Should the image of a particular person appear in the graphic information of the event, it shall be understood as incidental, and the processing of personal data resulting from such capture shall also be deemed incidental, with the sole purpose being the dissemination of the public event. In accordance with applicable legislation, the Stadium shall be under video surveillance to ensure the safety of attendees and participants.

Article 14. Data Protection

The Club, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”) and EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (“GDPR”), shall process your data as Data Controller for the purpose of managing and administering your subscription as a season ticket holder, including issuance of your seat and membership number, on the basis of the contractual relationship between us.

In addition, your express consent shall be requested by ticking the relevant boxes for the following purposes:

  • To receive by e-mail or other equivalent electronic communication means advertising information, promotions, and commercial communications regarding the products or services of the Club or its sponsors. Please note that each commercial communication will include the possibility to unsubscribe from such communications.

  • To allow the Club to capture and use your image related to your condition as a season ticket holder, as well as those generated in events, activities, or acts of the Club. Such images may be used on the Club’s official channels, including the website and social networks, with the purpose of disseminating the activities and events of the Club. This authorization to use your image shall be deemed granted to the Club for a period of five (5) years, effective worldwide, in any language, free of charge, and always in full compliance with Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and Personal Image.

Your personal data shall be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. However, they may be kept longer to comply with legal obligations binding on the Club.

Your data shall not be communicated to third parties except by legal obligation or to service providers engaged by the Club acting as Data Processors. Nevertheless, to comply with the additional purposes mentioned above, it may be necessary to share your data with the Club’s sponsors and collaborators based on your express consent. Please note that sponsors and collaborators shall be subject to applicable data protection laws and shall only use your data for the agreed purposes.

We do not carry out international transfers of your personal data. Should such transfers occur, we would implement appropriate measures to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, which may include signing standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other suitable safeguards.

We inform you that no automated decisions shall be made, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significant impacts on you.

It is your responsibility to keep your personal data up to date. If at any time your personal data changes or becomes inaccurate, please notify us immediately so that we may update it correctly. You may do so by contacting us through the details provided at the end of this clause.

We are committed to implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or accidental or unlawful destruction.

You may withdraw your consent at any time and may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection by sending a letter to the following address: Avda. del Arcángel s/n – 14010 Córdoba, with the reference “Exercise of Rights,” or by sending an e-mail to rgpd@cordobacf.com.
